The product is part of a new generation of instant meals, distinguished by quality and organoleptic characteristics unheard of for this product class. The 40-30-30 fish broth and vegetable broth replace a 3-block Zone meal and combine excellent flavour with high nutrition. They are quickly prepared since they require no cooking, just re-hydration, which is an advantage for maintaining the flavour and nutritional characteristics of the ingredients. Indeed, the fish and vegetables in the product are obtained by lyophilisation (freeze-drying), a production process where water is removed from food without any thermal stress, thus preserving the appearance and nutritional characteristics of fresh food, as well as making storage possible at room temperature without the use of preservatives. |

PREPARATION |

Enervit Protein fish broth and vegetable broth are easily prepared by pouring the contents of the sachet into a container, adding a glass of hot water and allowing the product to re-hydrate for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. |
