All the soya-based Enervit Protein products have been developed in collaboration with Solae, the world leader in the production of soya derivatives. Solae technology makes it possible to create products that are particularly pleasing to the palate, due to their flavour and texture. Solae soya derivatives are Identity Preserved (IP); this means that the entire process is certified in order to ensure that there is neither any use of NOGMO ingredients. Solae soya proteins have the maximum obtainable nutritional value (Protein Corrected Amino Acid Score equal to 1.00). |

In all oven-baked products, starch is the most important component and is a combination of two parts; Protein Italian shortbread biscuits, however, contain only the part with the lower glycaemic index. In addition, the richness in fibre contributes to keeping glycaemia low. This is why consumption of Italian shortbread biscuits ensures a prolonged sensation of satiety. |

Over 75% of the fat content comes from extra virgin olive oil, ensuring a high mono-unsaturated fat content. The other fat sources are also high quality, such as hazelnut and soya lecithin. Hydrogenated fats are completely absent. |
