1) The data are used expressly for those aims relevant to the activities of Also SpA (hereafter "Also"), such as archives, elaboration, customer service and, especially,: a) to fulfil every legal obligation relevant to civil or tax regulations or accounting procedures (such as factoring, administration, contract management, orders, invoicing, and credit recovery); b) to carry out market research and statistical analysis related to services offered by Also and to all typical activities; c) for the communication of information on future commercial or promotional initiatives, advertisement for new products, services and offers, made both by Also and its commercial partners.

2) Treatment of your data is handled by computer and/or with manual instruments.

3) The fields indicated with an asterisk must be filled in completely, for your registration as a user to be completed. Every field refers to data that is necessary permit Also to offer its services to the user .

4) Data can be used by Also or can be communicated to others, such as: a) companies connected, controlled and subordinate to Also; b) Also business partners; c) companies that do market researchon behalf of the entities mentioned above.. Given that Also operates internationally, the data mentioned may be transferred abroad, even outside UE areas .

5) Every user may exercise all the rights indicated in point 7 of D.Lgs 196/03 regarding knowledge of the use of his/her personal data and their cancellation, updating, correction or whatever else is included in this article.

6) The owner of the data treatment is Also, to whom you may address the assertion of your rights, as per point 7 of D.Lgs 196/03- and point 5 of this advisory note.
