WHAT IS ENERZONA

EnerZona is the brand name that exclusively distinguishes the Barry Sears Zone Diet throughout Europe.

The EnerZona scientific committee was formed thanks to the continuing collaboration between Barry Sears and the Équipe Enervit physicians, with a dual aim expressed in the association statutes:

1. Communication through meetings, seminars, EDM courses and certification courses.

2. Developing research protocols in collaboration with major European Universities.

Besides research and communication, EnerZona represents a line of products created to help you always to remain in the Zone.

As such Sears declared: “There are situations where lack of time makes the correct dietary choices difficult: And it is in just such situations where packaged foods and snacks may help us to remain in the Zone.
